| 1 | Material and labour for exterior painting work including complete removal of existing treatment and rubbish material till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3mm where required and making good/smooth the surface with wall putty with silicon additives and sanding the surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of smartcare waterproof primer on old wall and new wall plastered surfaces and chajjas with 10% of dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal and fungal properties, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. | 2 | Material and labour for taking down old cement plaster of walls and perform waterproofing of exterior walls, including raking out joints, loose particles complete and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified high performance coating (Smartcare Ultra Block 2k) or equivalent approved make. The treatment shall be done from ground level upto suitable height as directed and providing of 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. | 6 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc., and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed. |
