| 1 | Taking down old unsv LT pole (concrete poles/steel pole) and Supplying, transporting to site, erecting, and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged and welded poles of Overall height 9 metres, type 410 SP-31, IS-2713 marked, with cast iron base plate (fillet welded to poles), pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc, including painting on the outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and painting 05 nos band /strips with fluorescent , Black/ Red/ White/ Green and Black synthetic enamel paint ( 30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note:- (i) Poles shall be swaged and welded at manufacturer’s factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted) (ii) Excavation , earth work & PCC to be considered separately taken in the sch items. |

Al bus bar 40 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulator, cable glands and lugs consisting DIN type rails for fixing MCB SPN 6/10 Amps 10 KA suitable for domestic loading-01nos. including mild steel flat iron clamp made out of 40x4mm FI, nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. |

| 5 | Supply, laying cable XLPE Insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Taking down of old UNSV bracket S&F of mounting bracket made of 40mm bore (or higher to suit the opening of fitting) light grade GI pipe of approx 1.5 mtr length bent to shape and fixed to pole (30cm bend approx 120 degree angle ) with FI 40mmx6mm clamps-02nos. And suitable size nuts,bolts, including and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | S&F cable throwing pipe of 40mm bore (or higher to suit the opening of fitting) made of light grade GI pipe of approx 1.5 mtr length and fixed to pole with FI 40mmx6mm clamps-01nos. And suitable size nuts,bolts, including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed. |

| 20 | Dismantling old existing MS cross arms of any type/shape complete all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | Supply & fixing single pointed air termination aluminium rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | Supply & fixing aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip etc for roof and down conductors complete all as specified and directed. |
| 23 | S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. Head screw complete all as specified and directed. |
