Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of 02 nos electrically operated ThyssenKrupp make passenger lift of capacity 270 kgs carrying, 4 passengers suitable for serving G+3 Floors(total 03 landings) -02 Nos lift -HQ WAC with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete with ARD facility to be maintained round the clock as described here-in-after in reliable,safe and efficient operating condition by regularly examining the lubricating and adjust the electrical and mechanical driving equipment , governor, sleeve, shaft assembly bearing/ contacts & governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators and all other car and landing signal fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, repairs to lift well bulk head lamps and carry out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise consultancy including replacement of all types of worn/broken spare parts except cabin light ,fan and UPS complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-charge. Note :- The above mentioned work shall be done through OEM under AMC Platinum type contract i.e (\\"all in all\\") ecxcept replacement of UPS, Car cabin fan and car cabin light and the misc items not cover in platinium type contract for Thysenkrupp lift.

G+4 Floors ( total 04 landings) - 01 No lifts with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete with ARD facility installed at HQ WAC at Subroto park .
