Taking delivery of pipe, handling, transportation, Cleaning, pickling, passivation, detergent wash, marking cutting, erection, final end connection of 20 NB to 80 NB schedule 40 SS 304L Pipes (Seamless welded pipe as per ASTM-312),and pipe fittings like valves, flanges, elbows, Tees, nozzles etc. Pipe size 8 NB to 25 NB will be considered as 1 inch for quantifying purpose.

Radiography quality butt welding of Stainless-steel pipes Schedule 10/40 by GTAW process using Argon gas cover for shielding arc and purging. GTAW / SMAW of Butt joints& fillet joint of pipes, flanges, Tee, elbow etc. by qualified welder. The joints shall pass the fit-up and LPT of root & final pass and repair of joints as per specification in the respective applicable code & as per technical specification. There are no any Free Issue materials from the department other than Schedule –B. All the consumables shall be as per the technical specification & code attached in the annexure. Pipe size 8 NB to25 NB will be considered as 1 inch for quantifying purpose.

Taking delivery from stores, transportation, handling, fabrication and erection of all stainless-steel pipe supports from users materials. This covers the fixing of supports to the staging members and cell walls by welding to existing EPs or by anchor fasteners. Anchor fasteners, however, shall be supplied by the contractor & SS Tray Fabrication Etc.
