Water bill preparation charges on per bill/per connection basis for quarterly billing cycle, including generation, printing, and distribution of water bills to the respective flat/plot allottees/owners within one week from the date of generation, including conveyance and all allied works, complete. Also including one-time charges for master data entry for new/additional water connections, if not already available, and charges for printing of duplicate bills, as required.

Monthly charges for day-to-day operation and maintenance work, including entry of payment details; facilitating payment of water bills by consumers, preferably through online mode; generation and printing of collection statements; collection of water bill payments from DDA consumers through cash, cheque, and POS, or as directed by the AO/AAO (Water Cell, CAU-Rohini); preparation and printing of NOCs; preparation of lists of pending/default payments; processing and printing of arrear notices; issuance of duplicate bills; daily data backup; recompilation/reinstallation of software, if required; and carrying out all other related miscellaneous works, complete, including deployment of minimum one person having basic computer proficiency and operation of “May I Help You” Desk (Receptionist) for assisting consumers in resolving their queries.

Note:1. The abstract of monthly water bills shall be displayed on the notice board of the concerned pocket, and one copy thereof shall be provided to the concernedRWA on a regular basis, besides distribution of individual water bills to each consumer at their respective flats/plots.2. The agency shall ensure that every consumer is informed of their monthly water bill details through appropriate communicat ion channels, such as email orregistered mobile number (where available), on a timely basis.3. All necessary T&P, machinery, photocopier, and other related arrangements required for execution of the work shall be arranged by the agency at its own cost.
