| 3 | Half-Yearly Deep Service of Airconditioner Units (of various makes and capacity), including deep cleaning of coils, flushing / cleaning of drainage arrangement, detailed checking of compressor performance, fan motors, electrical load, controls, exposed insulation defects and overall performance stabilization, complete as per contract T&C and instructions of Engineer in charge. | Half-Yearly Deep Service of Airconditioner Units (of various makes and capacity), including deep cleaning of coils, flushing / cleaning of drainage arrangement, detailed checking of compressor performance, fan motors, electrical load, controls, exposed insulation defects and overall performance stabilization, complete as per contract T&C and instructions of Engineer in charge. |
| 4 | Dismantling, shifting and reinstallation of Airconditioner Units (of various makes and capacity) complete, including safe removal, transportation within premises, re-fixing, testing and making the unit operational including all fittings of existing AC units (across all floors G+5) of the building.Additional pipes or hardwares if required shall be paid extra as per Item number 5 below. | Dismantling, shifting and reinstallation of Airconditioner Units (of various makes and capacity) complete, including safe removal, transportation within premises, re-fixing, testing and making the unit operational including all fittings of existing AC units (across all floors G+5) of the building.Additional pipes or hardwares if required shall be paid extra as per Item number 5 below. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing additional piping with insulation, drain pipe, interconnecting cable, MS/GI/PVC clamps, saddles, supports, fasteners and allied fixing hardware for proper laying and support of piping/cable/drain line, PVC/GI sleeve in wall / partition of appropriate size, including making good, sealing of gaps and finishing, including testing of refrigerant line, leak testing, vacuuming, charging adjustment if required, trial run and commissioning of AC unit after completion of piping work, complete., as per contract T&C and instructions of Engineer in charge.payment shall be done based on measurment of piping as per items below.
