Taking receipt of the checking of pitting/wear out damage, checking RAM trueness, cylindrical grinding off of worn-out chromium layer, ram material build up using special maintenance welding electrode, machining grinding, then carrying out hard chrome build up, all in controlled conditions, hydrogen embrittlement release post plating, further superfinishing and stress relieving of the same. Testing/certification using NABL approved lab.
