| 3 | Supplying, assembly (including welding) lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) 200 mm dia. with 7.1 mm thickness, FE 410 beveled ended M.S. casing pipe, conforming to IS: 4270 (for Bore wells) of reputed & approved make, including painted with inside & outside surface with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved brand including handling, loading, unloading & transportation of M.S. Casing pipe upto location of Bore well, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Development to bore well in accordance with IS: 2800 (part 1) and IS: 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for minimum 6 hrs and maximum upto till well is fully developed free from sand and other impurities. Then measuring of maximum yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method including disinfection of bore well. Complete job including hire charges of air compressor, tools with accessories along with labour charges as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Stabilization and testing of bore well by way of drawing water (Pumping) using submersible pump set till the clear potable drinking water is achieved during yield test. Then stabilization of the bore well by fixing safe discharge of well and measurement thereof using approved method. Then collecting water samples and getting tested in approved laboratory. The job includes the hire charges of pumping machinery along with labour and other tools and tackles as per direction of Engineer-in charge, Complete job. |
| 5 | Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of electro-mechanical works for installation of submersible pump set along with allied works.. Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set of suitable parameters with minimum of 1500 GPH with suitable head as per static water level of reputed make conforming to IS Code: 8034 i.e Kirloskar/KSB/CRI/Crompton/Texmo. The job includes lowering of submersible pump set in to the bore hole by way of coupling of flanged G.I. Riser Pipes with fixtures such as nuts, bolts & washers and making of electrical connections with starter panel. Fabrication of well cap, tie rod along with G.I. bend, elbow for delivery of water. Providing, fitting and installation of three phase submersible starter controller capable of protection of current related faults up to 20 Ampere and voltage related faults/ single phase preventor relays in sheet enclosure type of reputed make including fabrication of steel enclosure outdoor electrical cabinets for motor starter. Providing and fitting of automatic voltage Stablizer of suitable parameters of reputed make (compatible with submersible motor).Making electrical connections with the starter panel, service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and then testing and commissioning of pump motor set thereof..The job includes loading, unloading, shifting by Mechanical transport, labour and material charges at site.
