| 22 | M&L for attending Diesel Generator Set breakdown by opening/ disconnecting the electrical connection of alternator incmoing/outgoing cable of any size & any core from main switch/ changeover/ AMF panel/ LT panel line etc. and taking out the defective part from existing place and repair/ service the defective parts or replace the same with new part as per existing make & size including providing necessary thimbles/ connectors at cable terminations as required and make DG Set connection as functionable/ serviceable in all repspects including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the following: (i) Necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling, removing extra soil and distrubed surface of road, floor etc. shall be make good to match with existing surface. (ii) Please note that payment shall be made to contractor one time only for particular breakdown. if any fault/ breakdown occured again on the same DG Set during currency of contract, the same shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. in terms of condition 46 of IAFW of genral condition of contracts. (iii) Required numbers of Diesel Mechanic/ electrician and helper shall be deployed for attending breakdown and contractor shall collect the breakdown details from complaint cell of AGE E/M Nasirabad and same shall be rectified/ attanded within an hour and report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge or their authorised representative. (iv) Rate quoted are deemed to inclusive of replacement of minor parts like nut, bolts washers, lugs etc. oiling & greasing(v) Major Parts/materials required against this item for repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. |
| 23 | M&L in repair of AVR(Automatic voltage regulator) by transporting to work shop for replacement including refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed suitable for DG set of capacity upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed. |
| 24 | M&L in repair of V belts for radiator fan/main shaft/cam shaft as per existing make and size suitable for DG set of capacity upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed. |
| 25 | M&L in repair of Power command control circuit/ governor controller by replacement with LCD display having start/ stop button/ reset with display of all information such running hours/ voltage / ampear/ oil pressure/ engine temperature, frequency, RPM, KW, KVA, Auto manual option, reset option for following capacity DG set complete of capacity upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed. |
| 26 | M&L in repair for drain out diesel from tank, cleaning of tank, refilling drained diesel including painting on outer surface with one coat of oil paint & indicating the Tank cleaning Date on outer surface of DG Set with the help of different colour of paint of capacity upto 250 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed. |
| 27 | M&L in repair for Engine cooling system by replacement of bearing, impeller of water pump suitable for DG set capacity of upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed. |
| 28 | M&L in repair of radiator inlet and outlet hose pipe set by replacement of DG set capacity upto 250 KVA with necessay accessories, O rings, clamps complete all as specified and directed. |
| 29 | M&L in repair of Engine Radiator of DG set by replacemnt including all connections and suitable accessories with water hose pipe suitable for DG Sets of capacity upto 250 KVA all as per existing model complete with testing all as specified and directed. |
| 30 | Supply and filling distilled water in battery of different capacity complete all as specified and directed. |
| 31 | M&L for dismantling the self starter 12 Volts/ 24 Volts DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including pinion, re-assembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed. |
| 32 | Supply and fix in replacement automatic battery charger heavy duty 240 V input , 24 V / 10-15 Amps output with auto cut off and floating with selector switch and indicators, set of fuses all as per existing model complete all as spcified and directed. |
