| 1 | Scope: Shivling Only (Hollow FRP with Steel Structure + Lighting Provision) Shivlinga -Providing, fabricating, transporting, and installing Shivlinga work including fabrication and installation of FRP Shivlinga, the scope comprising Shivling only with hollow FRP construction supported on a structural steel framework along with lighting provision Dimensions as per drawings provided with total height of Shivling (above Yoni base) approx. 16’-7” (5.05 m), overall height including visible proportion approx. 23’-10” (7.26 m), and outer diameter approx. 14’-9” (4.50 m), with cylindrical shaft and rounded dome top (elliptical profile), all proportions to be maintained exactly as per approved drawing; Shivling to be a hollow FRP structure with internal steel framework designed for wind load (as per IS 875 Part 3), dead load and maintenance load, comprising MS/structural steel primary members with vertical ISMC/ISMB sections and circular ring beams at 1.5m–2m intervals, secondary members in MS square pipes (50x50mm or 75x75mm), base anchoring with anchor bolts and base plate to RCC base (by others), complete design and certification by structural engineer; FRP body in ISO/NPG grade fire retardant material with thickness 8mm to 12mm including gel coat (UV resistant, fire retardant), surface tissue, chopped strand mat, woven roving layers and internal reinforcement ribs, conforming to fire retardant standards IS 1641 / ASTM E84 (Class B or better), weather and crack resistant; finishing to include high-gloss black granite-like surface with PU/automotive grade paint and UV resistant clear coat, with Tripund (3 lines) and Tilak detailing in raised or painted weatherproof finish, and decorative mala in FRP molded or removable form; lighting specification to include LED focus lights/spotlights mounted around Shivling on surrounding platform with provision of concealed conduit pathways, access panels and junction boxes within structure, beam angle 15°–30°, wattage 15W–30W, warm white (3000K) with FRLS wiring; internal access and maintenance provisions to include access hatch, MS ladder, inspection openings and removable panels for electrical maintenance; fabrication in factory-made prefabricated modular segments transported and assembled at site using bolted and bonded joints with seamless FRP finishing; safety and standards to comply with IS 875 (loads), IS 800 (steel design), fire safety norms and earthing provision; scope of work includes design and shop drawings, structural framework, FRP fabrication, painting and finishing, lighting integration provision and installation, excluding stone/RCC base, platform, steps and landscape; drawings to be submitted include GA drawing, structural framing drawing, FRP panel breakup, electrical layout and installation methodology; measurement and payment on per complete Shivling (No.) basis including material, fabrication, transport and installation; for fabrication and installation of FRP Shivlinga with scope limited to Shivling only (hollow FRP with steel structure and lighting provision) including structural design and shop drawings (1 Job), internal MS structural framework (3.50 MT), FRP Shivling body (180 Sqm), surface preparation (180 Sqm), PU/automotive paint finish (180 Sqm), Tripund & Tilak detailing (1 Job), decorative mala (1 Job), LED spot/focus lights (12 Nos), electrical wiring (1 Job), internal access system (1 Job), transportation (1 Job), assembly and installation (1 Job), and testing, commissioning and final finishing (1 Job); Lighting Provision – Architectural LED flood lighting, minimum 6–8 ground lights, weatherproof IP65 fittings, electrical conduit inside pedestal; Maintenance – annual inspection recommended, repainting cycle 8–10 years and structural inspection every 5 years..
