| 1 | Operation, running, and comprehensive maintenance of Water Treatment Plant of 101 MLD capacity (presently operating at 25 MLD), including deployment of operating staff; operation and maintenance of all civil, mechanical, and electrical components such as intake structures, pumps, motors, valves, clariflocculators, filters, clear water reservoirs, pipelines, HT/LT panels, substations, and allied equipment; supply, handling, and dosing of treatment chemicals including chlorine and Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC); maintenance of laboratory including supply of chemicals and glassware and carrying out routine water quality testing; cleaning of clariflocculators and reservoirs, removal and disposal of sludge; maintenance of pipelines within WTP campus; upkeep of buildings and premises; operation and maintenance of sprinkler/utility systems; ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient plant performance with required output and water quality standards; complete including all labour, tools & tackles (T&P), consumables, safety measures, statutory compliances, and all allied works, as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Comprehensive maintenance of all pipeline systems within the WTP campus, including inspection, cleaning, repair, replacement of damaged sections, joints, valves, fittings, and appurtenances, testing for leakages, and ensuring proper functioning of the entire pipeline network, complete in all respects as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.” |
| 3 | Comprehensive maintenance of all buildings within the WTP campus, including civil, structural, architectural, plumbing, sanitary, and minor electrical works; repairs to walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, plaster, painting, fixtures, and fittings; attending leakages, seepage, cracks, and other defects; complete in all respects as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Comprehensive maintenance of all machinery and electrical systems within the WTP campus, including inspection, servicing, lubrication, alignment, repair, and replacement of worn-out parts of pumps, motors, valves, gear assemblies, and allied mechanical equipment; maintenance of electrical installations such as substation equipment, HT and LT panels, switchgear, control panels, cabling, and associated accessories; rewinding of motors, maintenance of pump starters, testing, fault rectification, and commissioning of all mechanical and electrical systems; ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operation, complete in all respects as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.” |
| 5 | Cleaning of clariflocculators and Clear Water Reservoir of 4500 KL capacity at WTP campus, including draining/dewatering of water, removal of deposited silt, sludge, and debris; manual scrubbing of internal surfaces using suitable chemicals; disinfection/boiling out as required; and disposal of mud and waste to designated locations; including provision of all labour, tools & tackles (T&P), chemicals, safety measures, and all necessary arrangements required to complete the work, to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.” |
| 6 | Comprehensive maintenance of horticulture works for garden/lawn areas including supply and application of pesticides (anti-termite treatment, neem cake), manures (cow dung manure, Okhla sludge, local sand), and fertilizers (Urea 46% – 50 kg bags, DAP – 50 kg bags, Bone Meal – 50 kg bags, vermicompost, agro meal); carrying out operations such as cutting and maintenance of designer hedges/edges, topiary cutting and shaping of trees up to 4 feet height, pruning, hoeing, gap filling, replacement of plants, watering, mowing of lawns, clipping of hedges, and general upkeep of lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and creepers; removal and disposal of garden waste including cut materials with lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m; providing labour for all horticulture operations; and operation & maintenance of sprinkler irrigation system including pumps, pipelines, valves, and sprinklers; complete in all respects including all labour, tools & tackles (T&P), materials, chemicals, and safety measures as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.” |
| 7 | Supply, handling, and dosing of chlorine for water treatment at WTP campus, including provision of chlorine (in gas/liquid/bleaching powder form as applicable), operation and maintenance of chlorination system, dosing through chlorinators, monitoring and maintaining required residual chlorine levels, leak detection and safety measures, handling of cylinders/containers, and all allied works; complete including all labour, tools & tackles (T&P), consumables, and safety equipment, as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply, handling, preparation, and dosing of Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) for water treatment at WTP campus, including preparation of solution, operation and maintenance of dosing system, feeding through dosing pumps, monitoring and maintaining required dosage levels for effective coagulation, and all allied works; complete including all labour, tools & tackles (T&P), consumables, and safety measures, as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Supply of laboratory chemicals and glassware for water quality testing at WTP campus, including all standard reagents, solutions, indicators, and consumables, along with glassware such as beakers, flasks, burettes, pipettes, measuring cylinders, and other laboratory apparatus; complete in all respects including packing, transportation, handling, and delivery, as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Providing skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled operating staff for operation and maintenance of WTP facilities, including plant operators, electricians, fitters, helpers, and other required personnel for smooth and efficient functioning of the plant; complete including wages, statutory compliances, supervision, tools & tackles (T&P), safety gear, and all allied arrangements, as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
