The job includes the cost of fixing of new blade set after dismantling the existing defective blade. The ceiling fan/ exhaust fan blades should be of same make of the existing ceiling fan/ exhaust fan make only. (Blades 3 Nos. in one set). |
| 19 | Spray/ painting of steel shutter and other out door type pedestal etc. The steel shutter/ rusted outer cover of switchgear etc. in pedestal shall be given anti-rust/ grease treatment and then spray painted with one coat of primer & two coats of superior quality of grey paint as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 20 | Painting of junction box and outer side cover with superior quality of red paint removing existing rusted paint/ rust etc. properly. The cement collar shall be repaired first with cement/ sand plastering compound etc. with water up to two days painted with 2 coats of white snowcem of superior quality to make even surface and finished properly.
