a) Providing arranging in position and fixing L shaped work consisting of main table with side table of dimensions as mention below built in 40 mm thk. Marine plywood including side unit, pencil tray, pullout tray, footrest. All drawers to be in plywood with 20mm in front & 12mm thk in rear & sides, bottom in 6 mm thk. Plywood internal surfaces to be laminate. Table tops, side table unit fronts & sides to finished in 20 mm thick plywood as per drawings the front modesty panel etc. Shall be finished as per drawings & instructions of the EIC. All beadings moulding & exposed the wood work to be in teakwood or PVC aged bending (as per requirement of EIC) footrest shall be made out of 40 mm plywood & shall be finished with approved shade & color laminate b) All TW mouldling and bottom tables shall be finish in 3 coats of french polish. All the tables shall have keyboards drawers to accommodate keyboards and mouse wherever necessary as per drawing. Rate include of hardware sliding doors casters, drawers with multilock as per technical specification mention in tender book fitted on drawer channels, s.s handles etc. All exposed wood work to be finished with 3 coats of melamine polish all internal surfaces shall be finished with 0.8 mm thk laminate of approved shade and color etc. complete as per drawings specification and directions of engineer in charge. Technical Specification- Metal Tray is made of 0.9 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA. (Size: 482 (W) x 270 (D) x 18 (H) mm)Single Extension Ball slide assembly- 350 mm (Long) x 11.8 mm (thk) single extension (Stroke : 230 mm) Ball slide made of combination of 1.2/1.5 mm thk roll formed CRCA steel sheet.Mouse tray- optional retrofit mouse tray is provided which could be fitted at right hand or left hand as per user requirement.
