SF6 insulated, non-extensible, compact switchgear (Type VVV+M)consisting of Three Nos fixed Manual Vaccum Circuit Breaker (VCB )(manually operated and Operating Sequence of VCB Should be O-0.3S-CO-3Min-CO.or as per type test design) with Copper busbar in SF6 insulated stainless steel Outdoor enclosure of thickness of 1.6mm/ 2 mm and tank of stainless steel Outdoor enclosure of thickness 3mm with manometer. Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer by Suitable Sized Aluminium un-armoured HT XLPE Cable. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-100,IEC62271-202, IEC-62271-200-2003 & IEC-60694-1996. The Gas tank of the RMU should be internal arc tested for 21KA and above /1 Sec. VI should be of make for which type test was done.- 1 no. microprocessor based Self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder. - 3 Nos. Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 50/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB feeder-1 No. Manometer - Metering Provision as per NDMC requirement for which Metering CT 40/1 A, 2.5 VA Class, 0.5 Accuracy and Metering BUS PT- 11000/√3 110V/√3 50VA Class 0.5 Accuracy. Digital mulitfunction meter CL -0.5 with RS485 Port. |
| 4 | B) Transformer: As recommended by OEM 11kV/433V, 3phase,50 HZ,DYN-11 Copper wound hermetically sealed oil type step down transformer having delta connection on primary side and star connection on secondary side complete with all modern fitting as given in the specification , off load tap changer (-10% +5% in the step of 2.5%) etc. as required with losses as per ECBC 2017 or updated , Class H with 115 Deg temperature rise allowed . - One No. Winding Temperature Indicator with Alarm and trip Contacts |
| 5 | C) LV Compartment: Incoming cum Outgoing with One number manual spring charged drawout type 4 pole 415V ACB with breaking capacity 50KA with Ics = Icu = Icw (1 sec) = 50KA with microprocessor release for over current, earth fault & short circuit protections. Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminum Bus bars of ACB Current rating with heat shrinkable colored sleeves. |
| 6 | D) The Outdoor enclosure shall be made of 2.0 mm for Load bearing and 1.5 mm thickness for Non load bearing part, Galvanized Sheet Steel tropicalised to meet Indian weather conditions including all the partition Sheets & doors. The enclosure base shall be of 4.0 mm thickness Hot Dip Galvanized Sheet Steel. The entire Package Substation shall be Factory Assemble & Factory Fitted. The enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment IP-23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The Enclosure should be type tested for Internal Arc fault test to the tune of at least 21 KA for 1 second adhering to as per latest IEC 62271- 202. The offered enclosure should be type tested for K10 class temparature raise. Type test reports to be submitted. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated. The compartment illumination lamp and space heater with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6mm GI Strips. |
| 7 | E) OEM of PSS shall provide Type test certificates for the RMU, Transformer & LT Switchgear. |
| 8 | Factory Tests: All test shall be conducted as per the QAP of OEM at the Manufacturing facility and same shall be witnessed by departmental Engineers. |

Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 50/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB., Right angle boots for all the feeder Modules, Remote trip, Emergency Stop, Cable cover interlocking, Trasnformer protection tapo card etc. All the type test certificates as per IEC and CEA from Third party NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab to be submitted.
