Indoor unit Hi wall mounted type suitable for 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and capable of performing the function as cooling , heating, air circulating and filtering. Outdoor unit of the air conditioner shall be fitted with discharge cool type rotary/ scroll compressor operating on non-CFC refrigerants (like R410 A or equivalent) with over load protection and mounted on resistant mountings for quite operation. The filters packs provided shall be washable. Remote cordless control shall be provided with ON/OFF timer, fan speed selector (min 3 speed), mode selector (cooling/fan) and setting -up of temperature. Display of temperature and mode shall be provided on indoor unit and on handset. Overall power factor of the unit shall not be less than 0.85 at operating conditions. Note :- The installation shall include Laying refrigerant piping, extension of drain pipe up to 3 mtr length and connecting both units after drilling holes, putting PVC sleeve, sealing and fishing the same duly matched with adjoining surface. Refrigerant pipe shall be insulated with expanded polyethylene foam not less than 5mm thick. Leak testing of the entire system after installation to be carried out.
