Providing Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) by using 40mm size BHG(C.B) metal of appd.quality from appd.quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete in layers to the reqd.levels ramming watering, curing etc. complete including cost,conveyance,royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour T&P reqd. for the work etc.complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of Prop (M-20) using 20mm and down graded BHG(C.B) chips of appd.quality from appd. Quarry including hoisting,lowering,laying and compacting concrete,watering and curing centering,shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost,conveyance,royalties and taxes including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cutting straightening of steel HYSD (Fe-415) conforming to (IS-1786) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or joining if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for providing fan hooks hosting lowering & laying steels including cost conveyance taxes & royalties of alol materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges (payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co-efficient of MS rod or for steel bars approved by SAIL/TATA/competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage coupling welded, joints,spacer bars, chairs stays,hangers and annealed steel wire o9r other methods for binding and placing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
