| 1 | Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of 9 metre long hot-dip galvanized (minimum 65-micron coating 20 sided polygonal high mas structure, designed for a basic wind speed of 180Km/h, fabricated from S355 grade steel as per BS EN 10025 and galvanized in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461, with a designed service life of 25 years. The mast shall have a bottom across-flat (A/F) diameter of 410 mm, a top A/F diameter of 150mm, and a uniform wall thickness of 3mm, manufacured in a single section with integrated raising -lowering winch system. The mast shall ve equipped with a head frame and luminary carriage suitable for mounting six(6) high-power LED flood lights, six(6) solar photovoltaic (SPV) modules and six (6)LFP batteries on top. The mast base plate shall have a dia meter of 580mm and thickness of 20mm with six (6) foundations bolts of 25mm diameter and 1000mm length, conforming to TS 600 grade steel complete in all respects, including all accessories, terminations, interconnections, earthing, testing, commissioning and handing over to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. | 2 | Lighting System:- Each Luminary shall be 60W DC operated, IP65 or higher, utilizing SMD high-power LEDs of Nichia/ Cree/Osram/Philips/LG/Sansung/Refond/ Everlight/Seoul/ Bridgelux make with minimum LED efficacy of 130 1m/W(LM-80) and luminary efficacy of 100 1m/W(LM-79), CRI>70,CCT between 5500-6500 K, and minimum lumionous flux of 6000 lumens LEDs shall be > 1 W each, mounted on MC-PCB with thermally conductive material for efficient heat dissipation, housed, in aluminium body with inbuilt LED driver and charge controller in back box, powder-coated metallic finish, and stainless steel mounting harware. |
| 3 | Solar PV Modules:- The should comprise of six(6) MNRE/BIS - approved multi/mono-crystaloloine solar photovoltatic modules, each rates at 170 Wp with a nominal voltage of 12 V, offering a minimum module efficiency of 19% and consisting of 32 cells per module. Each module features an open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 24.64V and a maximum power voltage (Vmp)of 19.88V. The modules should be mounted on a hot-dip galvanized structure with a 65-micron coating for enhanced durability. |

| 6 | Raising & Lowering Mechanism :- Heavy-duty double-drum manual winch (gear ratio 21:4 C.D., SWL 750 kg. self- lubricating) installed inside the mast, with AISI 316 stainless steel wire ropes (6mm diameter, 7/19 construction, minimum breaking load 2200kg x5 ), supported by locking arrangement and pulley, system for safe maintenance and panel cleaning. |

| 8 | The system should feature automatic dusk-to-dawn operation with a minimum autonomy of two days(24 operational hours without sunlight), and should be equipped with a 1 m GI single-spike lightning protection finial, all stainless-steel hardware and fasteners, and an integrated weather- resistant enclosure housing the CCU and battery. Maintenance should be facilitated through a lockable mast door of at least 1200x25mm.
