Providing and laying homogeneous 2.0 mm thick polyvinyl chloride sheets in flooring and skirting in approved pattern including removing existing PVC sheet flooring carefully and handing over to the sectional stores, cleaning the adhessive throughly on a existing floor and laying new PVC sheet using rubber based adhessives of approved quality and manufacturer like 'DUNLOP S-758' ' FEVICOL SR 998' or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg. etc. all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying one or more coats of Wall painting with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including cleaning and preparing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
