Removal of rubber deposits from runways, bitumen bleeding from pavements, and old paint markings from bitumen / concrete surfaces on Aprons, Taxiways, and Runway shall be carried out using low-impact methods such as water jetting, water blasting, or vacuuming systems. The operating pressure shall be suitably adjusted to ensure complete removal of markings, rubber deposits, and bitumen bleeding while preserving the pavement surface texture and condition. The work shall also include application of chemical if required, cleaning, removing all paint particles, dirt, waste material etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC).
