The painting shall be done for the existing taxiway / Apron marking as per recommended dimensions and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface off all dirt, dust, scales, oil, grease etc. before application of paint (The item to be applied should have a single coat coverage of 0.50 litre / sqm for paint and 500 grams/ sqm for glass beads)Old work - One or more coats Yellow paint |
| 6 | Removal of paint on apron/ runway surface using low impact method like water jetting/ water blasting/ vacuuming system, with suitable operating pressure so that the entire marking is removed and pavement surface texture and condition is kept intact or as directed by the EIC. The work shall also include cleaning, removing all paint particles, dirt, waste material etc. as per the direction of EIC. (Nothing extra will be paid for water, fuel, operator charges etc. ) |
