Mpa Hyd, flanged end as per IS : 1538 with iron wheel and brass spindle including rubber gasket joints, nuts, bolts etc incl taking down existing valve complete all as specified and directed. | 6 | Repair/ Maintenance of vertical turbine pump of capacity 60 HP to 150HP any make and type (as per existing make) at area drainage installation incl lifting & lowering of pump including disconnection of motor from electric line or terminal box and discharge head from drainage line, Dismantling the turbine pump bowl assembly, Dismantling and cleaning of complete bowl assembly items such as CI bowls, impeller, lock collets, bowl bush, suction and discharge case with GM bush including pump shaft, Cleaning of all rotary and stationary parts of pump bowl assembly and lowering of pump along with re-assembling of all accessories and column pipe after cleaning manually duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive black paint on outer surface, including fixing of motor in existing position making all Electrical and supply connections and adjustment of pump load etc and testing as directed by Engr-in-Charge, re-assembling the complete bowl assembly pump with all existing serviceable parts and replace the worn out unserviceable parts with new spares including S&F gasket and balancing of assembly other small nature of indispensable items as required for repairing and making them for their satisfactory run complete as and when directed.
