| 10 | M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surface including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface including preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface with wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ratio of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day.Note : Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approval of the same by GE. Note:- This item shall be executed by authorized applicator only. |
| 13 | M&L for carrying out efflorescence treatment to exposed and prepared wall surface in item No 3 here-in-above in following sequence :-(a) Prime the prepared surface with one of the following product mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio as bonding agent :- (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite (ii) Sika Latex of M/s Sika (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC(b) Immediately after priming the surface PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar) to be applied \\"BY HAND\\" while the primer is tacky. PMM should be prepared by mixing one of the following compounds in Cement Mortar 1:3 as per manufacturer's instructions :- (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite (ii) Sika Latex of M/s Sika (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC(c) PMM surface should be allowed to dry one day. After that it should painted with two coats of one of the following compound mixed with cement only in ratio of one part of selected compound and one point fire part of cement :- (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite (ii) Sika Latex of M/s Sika (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC |
| 14 | (d) Now apply two coats of one of the following compound over the surface. These compounds are to be used as per manufacturer instructions :- (i) Pidifin 2K of M/S Pidilite (ii) Brush Coat of M/s Sika (iii) Brush Bond of M/s FOSROCNote : Both coats should be perpendicular to each other and gap between two coats shall be minimum 6 hours.(e) Sprinkle loose coarse sand after second coat while surface is tacky.Note : (i) Item will be executed by authorised applicator of the selected/approved company only. (ii) Every stage of work will be approved by GE then only next layer will be executed by contractor. |
| 15 | M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and paving's not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D–2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n. exc. 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | M&L for 16-18 mm thick granite (of any type) work(table rubbed and polished)in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed. |
| 23 | M&L for non–skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality (square/rectangular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 24 | M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface 300X450X7mm /350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7 thick in dado, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 25 | M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/ skirting's /dados of size 300 x 600 x 7 mm thick or nearest size as required, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 26 | M&L for vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. |
