Rewinding of 03 phase, 415V 985 RPM induction motor inclusive of material with credit of brunt scrap having capacity 150 HPRewinding works includes-1. Dismantling of electric motor and old burnt material take off.2. Cleaning the slots by air/petrol pressure.3. Framing of coils with new electrolytic copper conductor as per original shape and size & providing new copper coil of as per existing gauge of BIC mark with 'F' class insulation.4. Providing and fixing of epoxy glass slot wedges tying and lacing of coils with glass tape.5. Silver brazing of connection joints and the formation of 03 phase connection leads and fixing the same with thimbles.6. Varnishing and baking of motor with Dr. Beck Varnish, Backtole spring and drying of stator winding with complete testing.7.
