| 26 | Operation and Maintenance of Entire Scope of CBD complete in all respect : Operation and Maintenance (OandM)-cum-Defect Liability Period (DLP) for a period of 06 years after successful completion of trial run, covering all assets under the DNIT/Entire project including tubewells, UGTs, pumping machinery, water supply network, IPS, MPS, STP, all water works, lawns and horticulture areas, all civil structures, mechanical systems, electrical installations, instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems, transformer, DG sets, control panels and all allied works: the scope includes deployment of skilled manpower, operation of pumps and treatment units, routine and preventive maintenance as per relevant standards, chlorination of water supply system as well as chlorination/disinfection of treated effluent, operation of STP with required chemical dosing and treatment processes, maintaining prescribed water quality and effluent discharge standards, upkeep of lawns and horticulture , provision of all consumables and chemicals, ensuring uninterrupted services, and rectification or replacement of any defects during the OandM/DLP period, with all systems to be maintained in sound and efficient working condition throughout. Note: 1. The contractor shall quote rates for OandM for the entire project, inclusive of all components and activities specified above. 2. The OandM will be charged to Annual maintenance estimates. |

CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 nos. for screen and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. 4.Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse screens of minimum length 6 mtr for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0:- i) The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in this scope of work. ii) All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, and path ways/ roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sump job. iii) All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. iv) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural/ Hydraulic / Mechanical/ Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work etc. complete in all respect. |
