| 3 | SITC of Decorative cast iron pole with single arm/double on existing cement concrete foundation, of 8 meter hight in three section with casting base should be of 1000 mm hight minimum with casting design approved by engineering incharge/procuring entity and total weight of casting (base & other casting part used) must be of minimum 50% of total weight of pole (other than inner pipe)(this should be ensured during fabrication of ordered pole by doing factory inspection of engineering incharge) and base plate of 450mmx450mmx16 mm(minimum) and thickness of MS pipe/MS gorveed pipe used must be minimum 3.25-4 mm and. The pole shall be made of Cast Iron as per IS 210:1993, precision machining and filling job to achieve good finish and a fine coat of primer on each element before assembling. After assembling of each element one coat of primer and two coats of P.U. paint are applied.Approved coloured UV resist coating of mat/ glossy/ metallic finish followed after air drying of pole. The pole shall have a weatherproof flush door and locking arrangements, Provision for inside termination box with 4way connector & 1nos 6 AMPS MCB for local isolation with cover and including4 nos of foundation bolt M24x750 steel grade of E250 to IS 2062:2011 .(payment of pole will be based on pole weight so all pole must be weighted(without light and foundation bolt) (Here 55 pole of each 180 kg consider for estimation)(design of pole will be as per approved by engineering incharge) |
| 4 | Supplying and drawing FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.90 % purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping making connections with Copper Lugs of suitable size, Ferrules,testing etc. as required.
