Name of Work:- Repair of AC Units of EKG-20KM 20 Cum Electric Rope Shovels (Sl. No.-207 & 211) working at Nigahi Project. Scope of Work/Technical Specifications (Contractors Head): (1) Removal of AC Unit. Dismantling of Air conditioner unit, rectification of alignment deviations. installation of sealing arrangements and reinstallation ensuring proper fitment and leak prevention. (2) Complete overhauling of compressor including repair of motor and components, replacement of bearings and shaft seals, pressure testing and recommissioning.(3) Repairing of accessories including blower assembly, drive belt, pulleys, refrigerant hoses and associated fittings as required. 4) Overhauling of electrical system including blower motor, condenser fan motor and repairing of external body damages. 5) Evacuation, vacuum holding test, leak detection, oil top-up and refrigerant charging followed by testing and recommissioning.
