SITC of 12.5 M Latching high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 47 m/sec wind speed as per IS: 875 part-III, with latching head frame system , winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install 6 nos 300 W LED Flood light luminaries in symmetrical arrangement.Supply of raising lowering system comprisin double drum winch, 8mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial, Latching system. Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template, Supply of LED floodlight 300 W 120 lmw, Supply of low intensity LED type single dome aviation obstruction light. Supply of outdoor, made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet, IP-55, stand mounted feeder pillar with 1 no. 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 22A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 25 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq.mm terminals. Erection Part:- Construction of shallow foundation with concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour. Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour. Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required) Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.(Make Approved Poles:- Bajaj/Transrail/Walmount.) LED Make: Panasonic/Bajaj/Wipro
