| 4 | Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks 60mm thick vibro completed up to M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block gray or colored over sub-base of concrete with 25 mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 Sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c/ curing rubbing & polishing complete in all leads and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Brick work using Modular Bricks 1st class building bricks in supper structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts. |
| 6 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :- |
| 7 | Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 9 | 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone /concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level I/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chambers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) |
| 10 | Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and incuding a priming coat with primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Providing tor Steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Steel work welded in builtup section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead painting grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackets and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift. |
| 14 | Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipperi metallic sine coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polvuter (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating te foing with prepainted iron or hooks, bolts and nota om du meir prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesorices as required as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 15 | Applying priming coat over new Steel and steel based surface after and I/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge . |
| 16 | Painting two coats excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surface with enamal paint to give an even shade I/c cleaining the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter with enamel paint other than white as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.
