| 20 | Taking out Trolley of Vaccum circuit breaker Make : Schneider Model : HWX and Make : Areva Model : VMX, 11 KV VCB of rating 630 Amp from the cubical and including opening top cover, de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts if required, lubricating, inspecting the wiring of microprocessor EF/OC relay, tripping coil electrical and checking for manual/auto tripping system and placing back the breaker trolley in its original position and checking of VCB panel, HT cable connection, busbar connection, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, checking/repairing internal wiring system complete, charged control cables are fastened tightly to the terminals, any abnormality, VCB, cleaning the surface of the insulators, fasten the bolts, checking and correcting interrupting units, mechanism, linkages etc, fasten the hardwares of control wiring, check that the split pins, Circlips, dowell pins etc. have not come out and are intact, lubricate the mechanism, moving parts by castrol, all purpose grease or equivalent, check that the vaccum pots/chambers is within limit including opening of the shutters properly, replacing of the trip catch, roller, holding catch, stopper, close push button, closing cum reassembling, controll limit switches reconnecting of the breaker for smooth functioning all as directed complete testing and commissioning.
