| 16 | M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall / ceiling / chajjas including So using putty/sufacer as required basis to address undulations and obtain smooth surface and applying Two or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priiming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. |
