Dismantling old ceiling plaster carefully and cleaning the surface for plaster including scaffolding, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead, cutting of 2nos. of 10 mm M.S. Rod per Sq.m. if required etc. complete including protecting the permanently fixed laboratory equipments, other equipments, fragile materials etc. while dismantling. After dismantling and disposing the rubbish, providing and applying white cement based wall putty over concrete or Plastered surface minimum 3 mm and up to 6 mm thick including cleaning complete all as directed by the Project Engineer. Notes: 1. Fan coil units, fixed equipments in lab etc. to be covered with tarpolene/plastic cover. 2. While dismantling plywood platforms should be fixed on the scaffolding to protect the underlying equipments. This item includes bringing dismantled debris/rubbish from all the floors to the dumping ground within 100 m lead. Dismantling of plastering should be done by chiselling and mechaical means without damaging the RCC.
