| 2 | The Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Instructions to Tenderers, Form of Tender, General and Special Conditions of Contract. Notice Inviting Tender, Technical Specification, Employer’s Requirements, Conditions of Contract on Safety & Health and Environment and Tender Drawings. |
| 3 | Tenderer before quoting the rate shall carefully in reference to the completion period as mentioned in Employer's Requirement – Appendix-2B. |
| 4 | Schedule A and any other DSR items consists of items from Civil-DSR 2023. The tenderer has to quote above / below / at par rates against Schedule A and any other DSR items. The payment against this head will be made on the basis of quantities executed, measured and certified and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | The rates and prices to be tendered in the Unit Priced Bill of Quantities of Schedule ‘A’ & Schedule ‘B’ and complete in all respect. It will be deemed to include cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, scaffolding for dismantling & any other civil & electrical work etc., G.I. binding wire, all lead & lifts, carriage, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, survey, all other works mentioned in Employer’s Requirements, Minimum Manpower deployment as per Tender documents, Conditions of Contract on Safety & Health and Environment, contractor’s profit and establishment/overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contract. |
| 6 | The rates and prices of the tender shall be inclusive of prevailing rate of GST and all applicable taxes as on last date of tender submission on e-procurement site. Further, for taxes and duties, refer clause 11.1.1 of General Condition of Contract and C2.6 of ITT. |
| 7 | If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender will be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 8 | In case of any discrepancy between amount quoted in figures and in words, the amount in figures shall be treated as sacrosanct. |
| 9 | The Financial Package (Pricing Document) must be uploaded by the same person who is authorized as per the submitted Power of Attorney (POA) and who has uploaded the Technical Package using a valid Class-II/III digital signature on behalf of the Tenderer. |
| 10 | The Contractor may raise their ‘On Account’ payments on monthly basis as per the status of work on the last day of the respective month. | 22 | The Tenderer shall indicate price reduction against each deviation in Annexure-3A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from his tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer. |
| 23 | Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents. |
| 24 | It shall be noted that in case Nil/Zero/NA Price quoted by Tenderer in Appendix-3A then it shall mean that contractor has quoted same price for deviation and undeviation bid. |
