To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms & conditions contained in or referred to in the Schedule 'A', Schedule 'B', MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2009 (Part-I) - Specifications & MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2020 (Part-II)-Rates, General Conditions of Contracts IAFW-2249, (1989 Print) and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule for the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule at the percentage quoted. Applicability of the SSR shall be as under: -(a) MES SSR Part-I, 2009 (Specifications) together with the amendment No.1 to 3(b) MES SSR Part -II, 2020 (Rates) alongwith amendments from 1 to 122.Note:(i) Estimated rates inserted in Col (5) is base figure only to arrive at the quoted % above or below the SSR-2020 (Part-II). (ii) Bidder can select Excess (+) or Less (-) option by selecting Column E4.(iii) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix ‘A’ to Notice of Tender.(iv) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage above) will not increased from the estimated cost of work in NIT.
