| 2 | Design and construction of 6 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant of required capacity based on MBBR technology cum Co-treatment unit of 8 KLD to fulfill the desired effluent norms as per NGT latest guidelines. The cost includes cost of civil ,E & M and instrumental work in suitable foundation, including Construction of suitable size MPS as per designed discharge with inlet chamber of required sizes, inlet chamber, pre-treatment units (including one stand-by unit), Primary/secondary Treatments, Disinfection, Disposal of treated sewage by gravity, Sludge Thickening, Sludge dewatering units with necessary piping work with valves, gates, drains, staff quaters, pathways and other devlopment works etc all complete as turnkey job. The STP shall have inlet/outlet analysers, corrosion resistant (SS-316) motorised actuator operated gates. The STP shall be fully automatic based on PLC/SCADA and also have online continuous effluent monitoring systems with provision for access from MCS. Flow meters installed at inlet, outlet and bypass, level sensors, DO/pH/BOD/TSS Monitors in reactors inlet and outlet and required instrumentations including IP based CCTV Camera location during construction and O&M period. The cost shall also includes providing of one cesspool vehicle required for removing the sludge from septic tanks (1000L), required power DG sets as per latest CPCB Norms, Electric Substation, Transformers(1w+1s) and foundation, pumps with VFD Drive and HT/LT/Control Panels, Laboratory, HT/LT, SCADA & Meter room, Store room, Administrative building having meeting hall, staff quarters,boundry wall with main gate, wicket gate & other required buildings with full automation including PLC-SCADA and Instrumentation and treated effluent disposal line for treated water as per specifications on modular basis such as on given site area of about 0.355 Hactare.
