ANNEXURE 11APROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS 1. The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document: Sr. No Clause Deviations Price adjustment for each deviation/s Contract NGNEDDC: Appointment of General Consultant (GC) for Elevated Sections of Extension Projects of Aqua Line from Depot Station to Boraki (2.6 km) & Noida Sec 142 to Botanical Gardern (12.513 km) inculding agumention of extisting depot and RSS work. PRICING DOCUMENT/ BILL OF QUANTITIES (BOQ) PREAMBLE TO THE BOQ 1. The Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Instructions to Tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Notice Inviting Tender and Scope of Work. 2. Schedule A& B - Comprises of the payment in Man Months for Deployment of KeyStaff and support staff for NMRC to be deployed on the project for a period in months as specified against each position. The deployments of the Staff shall be in spells of one month at a time divided over the duration of the contract, as per the schedule approved by NMRC. 2.1. In case the Consultant does not deploy an expert which has otherwise been planned for deployment as per the approved rolling deployment schedule, for the reasons attributable to the Consultant, the remuneration for the non-deployed person shall not be paid for the period of non-deployment and a recovery equivalent to 20% of the remuneration of the non-deployed expert for non- deployment period shall be made. 2.2. As a condition to such substitution/replacement, If the key personnel are required to be replaced on the instructions of the Employer,or on its own by the consultant at the time of initial deployment or the key personnel are replaced by the consultant after initial deployment (including the key personnel for whom CV were not required to be submitted along with the proposal), for the reasons other than death, prolonged illness requiring change of physical location which shall be duly certified by a medical practitioner registered with Government Authority, remuneration to the key personnel will be reduced by 5% for each replacement. This reduction shall not be applicable if the replacement is asked by NMRC but if replacement is required due to personnel misconduct, fraud, non-performance then reduction in renumeration is applicable . However in case replacement of the key personnel’s happens more than 10% every year, there will be penalty of 0.25% of overall man months payable to the GC. 2.3. The man-months rates quoted shall be considered for processing any variations in case the need so arises in the execution of the contract. 3. Schedule C,D,E,F&G : Reimbursable component : maintenance of office accommodation, Purchasing/Hiring of office furniture, AC and furnishings, Computer, printer, conferencing and other IT support system, Hiring and maintaining vehicle, Communication cost, Internet cost, electricity cost, water & sewerage charges, equipment , stationary , and other overhead, Preparing and submission of report 4. If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected. 5. For Schedule ‘A’, Schedule ‘B, Schedule ‘C’ and Schedule ‘D’, the general breakup of the tasks to be accomplished for the stage payments are listed in the respective Schedules. Further detailed breakup of the items mentioned in the Schedules are placed in Annexures. The Schedule & Annexures to the Schedule are to be read in conjunction with each other. 6. Schedule ‘D’ comprises of the payment in Man Months for Deployment of Supporting Staff for NMRC to be deployed on the project for a period in months as specified against each position. The deployments of the Staff shall be in spells of one month at a time divided over the duration of the contract, as per the schedule approved by NMRC. 7. Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (INR). 8. Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetic errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions. 9. If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected. 10.All the unit rates and amounts should be filled only in figures.
