| 7 | Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for ground floors and pavings of any thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Material and labour for 350mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) work in pavement of flexural strength 45kg/sqcm (lower control limit) in field using min cement content as per Design Mix but not less than 400 kg OPC cement per cum with crushed graded stone aggregate, Combined grading of coarse & fine Aggregate as Per MORTH Table 600-3 and super plastisizer, required as per design mix ( as Per IRC V th revision) mixed with and including triangular/ non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement min. 12mm length @ 0.25% by weight of cement , spread and compacted by using surface vibratory, screeder and flouters as approved by GE and all as specified and including necessary T & P for bull nosing , rounding of edges and finishing the surfaces by mechanical brooming /belting , curring etc , cured with curing compound as per recommendation of Auth approving design mix complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of admixture ( super plasticizer ) and curing compound are inclusive in the cost of Quoted above. The recron shall be measured and paid sepearayely. |
| 9 | Material and labour for 10mm thick (compacted thickness) layer of sand filling, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and consolidating finished to required profile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Polyethlene film 400 micron black spread and laid over sand layer with minimum 15 cm side and ends laps as per IS-2508 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : Net measurement shall be measured without any allowance of overlaps). |
| 11 | Supply only Polyester triangular/non-circular synthetic fibre 12 mm size recron 3S @1Kg/Cum of concrete conforming to type -II fibre under ASTMC:1116-89 having tensile strength 4000 to 6000 Kg/Sqm at acting point 250 degree entigrate, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Material and labour for forming 25mm wide expansion joint filled with compressible synthetic filler board for complete depth of joint 350mm, i.e the thickness of slab, provision of closed cell backup rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant above back up rod shall be of 15mm), complying with BS 5212,BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF+ 30% with ten years performanance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing tha masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Material and labour for forming dummy joint of 115 mm depth of slab and 3mm wide initial cut of 8 mm wide x 25mm deep (using diamond cutter) providing backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12mm upto a depth of 30 mm beyond 30 mm depth and remaining full depth of 85 mm the joint size will be 3 mm wide cut with diamond cutter )complying with BS 5212,BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF+ 30% with ten years performanance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing tha masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
