| 6 | Supply only 3 way elbow of 32mm for charpoy GI pipe The elbow shall not be less than 400 gms in weight with ISI Mark for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. |
| 7 | Supply only 32mm dia GI cheeknut for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. |
| 8 | Supply only 75mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. |
| 9 | Removing Unserviceable steel flat iron stiffeners and supply and fix new steel flat iron stiffeners made out of 40 x 3mm and length not less than 0.91 mtr including painting the stiffener with 2 coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. |
| 10 | Re-assembling the GI charpoy with serviceable members obtained from item No 1.01 & new members made above. Supply & fixing of 12mm thick BWR plywood (7 ply) of size 2.00 mtr x 0.91 mtr make as approved by GE. The edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface. The plywood top shall be fixed with 75mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer as per existing arrangement (supplied under item 1.07 above) and complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. |

| 12 | Scrapping down the rusted portion of Charpoy IP hard top/ Bed hard top with sand paper smoothing the surfaces carrying out repairs such as welding wherever required and applying two coat of synthetic enamel black paint, over one coat of red oxide primer and removing the Unserviceable PVC Bush and S & F New PVC Bush, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. |
| 13 | Removing the existing Unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy IP hard top/ Bed hard top and S & F 12mm thick BWR plywood and S & F suitable flat headed nuts and bolt including Suitable Cut Washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. |
| 14 | Head board and footboard of the bed hard shall be made of 18/19mm thick prelaminated MDF board both side, exterior grade (grade-I, type-II) ISI marked with approved walnut colour or shade as approved by GE of (make:- Century prowud from Century ply/Green panel max from Green ply/Action Tessa) with 2mm thick PVC edging of matching colour all round on head board and footboard shall be fixed with strong bonded chemical through hot pressed machine to be provided as per standard workmanship.Note:- Hand pressed/manual pressed beading/edging will not be accepted. |

| 17 | Removing the existing unserviceable cotton newar from the cot tubular and reweaving with new cotton newar of width 48mm, Superior quality all as approved in sample (14 rows length wise and 34) rows width wise, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. |

| 19 | Removing the existing Unserviceable ply wood from the head board and providing new one side teak face plywood 4mm thick of size 900x450mm for both sides including 12mm half cut teak wood beading at the front and back ply wood faces of the head board as shown on drawing. |

| 25 | Supply & fixing of corner bracket made out of 1st class hard (Teak) wood of size 100 x 100 x 25mm thick to bed hard. Fixing of bracket should be done with fevicol and suitable steel screws. |
| 26 | Tightening the wooden members with bamboo pins where ever required in the bed to made to existing shape all as directed and Preparing the surface of old and new members by smoothly / rubbing with 120 Gde or various sizes sand paper/ abrasive cloth or machine and clean off surface and applying sealer wherever required to fill and smoothen the surface and apply two coat of french polish to the entire external and visible surface complete uniformingly upto glossy mirror finish, including providing of 04 Nos hard PVC shoe of heavy duty to the chair with steel screw and complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. |
