Metallic Structure Modification:Fabrication & Fixing of the steel support to prevent shaking of the gate on the top side of the existing Gate

Dismantling of the damaged Gate Motor of the sliding gate, including removal of concrete motor base and associated cables

Restoration of motor-operated gate opening & closing mechanism.-- Providing, Fixing, Connecting and testing of 2 Ton Gate Motors.-- Providing & fixing of Photo cell sensors & remote

Repair & replacement of Gate wheels, Bearings to ensure smooth movement of the gate on the track

Racks Removal, welding, gas cutting and re-fixing the new rack and aligning with the motor gear wheels

Repair of M.S. Rollers, reassembling, welding and fixing the repaired roller, including greasing, oiling, etc., for sliding the gate on the existing track

New Nylon Roller Fixing on the Top Position for smooth & guided movement of the sliding gate

Repair of gate accessories, which includes providing an MS nut bolts, washers etc. as required

Painting one coat of primer and two coats of Enamel grey paint Gate by Manual & Motor Operating System.
