Supply, Transportation, erection, testing and commissioning of 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz, water cooled multi cylinder diesel generator set with alternator of 125KVA ( Make -Kirloskar / Jakson/Mahindra) out put contineous rating directly coupled Engine and Alternator with guard and mounted on a common base plate of Robust construction and complete with AMF panel having IP-52 protection, Acoustic Enclosure as per CPCB IV+ norms , sound absorbing material, to restrict sound level up to 75 dB up to 1 mtr distance and as per CPCB IV+ norms etc as per following specifications mentioned below. Warrentee period must be 2 years ALTERNATOR:The alternator of the output rating shall be 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz, Ac , 0.8 P.F. lagging at 1500 RPM. The alternator is self excited, self regulated, and shall confirm to IS: 13364 of 1992 with regulation of +5% from no load to full load. degree of protections shall be IP21.ENGINE: Diesel Engine start, developing suitable BHP output at 1500 RPM with mechanical / electronic governing so as to enable the alternator to give 125KVA continuous output at 0.8 P.F. lagging at NTP conditions. The diesel engine shall be capable of providing 10% O/L for 1 Hr for every 12 Hrs of continuous running at full load. The engine with 1st filling of oil and Diesel etc.01. Exhaust pipe of required size and length with insulation or clading.02. Diesel tank suitable for 8 to 10 Hours running capacity.03. Residential Silencer.04. SMF Batteries with leads as per the Manufacturer standardsAMF PANEL: Cubical, Compartmentalized, AMF Panel Baord with all Power & Control Contractors, Switches, Meters and other accessories, Internal Wiring, connection, inter-connection etc. for Trouble Free smooth function for 125KVA DG Set complete with Battery Charger & leads as required. BASE PLATE: Common Base Plate of required size for mounting of Engine Alternator Set fabricated from MS Channerl and vibration damping arrangement with cushy foor mounting including paintng etc. as required. FOUNDATION: Suitable size Cement Concrete (1:2:4) foundation duly plastered and finished with neat coat Cement as required along with smoke exhaust system piping including base frame of structure & lightening protection system. *It also control cable of 15mtr 2.5sqmm 6core , civil foundation work. (The Manufacturing of DG set shall not in any case be more than six months old from the date of award of work)

Supply & Fixing of Copper plate Earthing (600 x 600 x 3mm thick) including accessories, and providing masnory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.( For Online UPS only 2nos each)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm dia copper strip on wall/surface or in recess for connection etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation (75 cm),sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.Above 25 sq. mm and upto 120 sq. mm
