| 2 | Material and Labor for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board of size 1 .2x1.0x0.8 m , Out door type, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proofm suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, both side open able, made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm 4 core), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation etc with and including following all as specified and directed : - (a) Busbarchamber : Electrically grade copper shrouded bus bar of capacity 400 Amp rated fixed on DMC insulators INCOMER : (i) MCCB 250 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 36 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreaderall as specified and directed. 01 Nos. (ii) Multifunction meter = 01 set. (iii) Phase Indication lamps (RYB), LED type - 01 No (set of three).(iv) CT( Current transformer)- Set of 3 NosOutgoing : (a) (i) MCCB 125 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 16 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreader all as specified and directed- 02 Nos (ii) MCCB 63 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 16 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreader all as specified and directed- 01 No (iii)MCCB 40 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 16 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreader all as specified and directed- 01 No(i) CPRI Certification Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests).
