Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbished off the premises etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of cement concrete including tiles and mortar of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M& L PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregte) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring/levelling coarse, sunken floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor virtified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished heavy duty vertified tiles 400x400 size in floors, steps, raisers, etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
