Providing and applying a complete two-coat protective coating system on the entire decorative FRP canopy structure, including all sloped roof panels (top and bottom surfaces), ornamental columns, railing panels, decorative components, and central dome/finial. All surfaces shall be thoroughly prepared by mechanical sanding, cleaning, and solvent wiping to remove dust, oil, grease, loose particles, and surface contaminants, ensuring proper adhesion of the coating system. The first coat shall consist of a surface-tolerant epoxy primer (Interseal 670HS) applied uniformly to achieve the specified dry film thickness. After adequate curing, the second coat shall be an aliphatic polyurethane (PU) finish coat (Interthane 990) applied evenly to obtain a total dry film thickness (DFT) of 100 microns. The work shall include the supply of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, personal protective equipment (PPE), thinners, touch-ups, protection and cleaning of adjacent areas, and completion of the coating system to the shade and finish approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s technical data sheets, applicable standards, and site safety requirements, complete in all respects and ready for handing over.

Providing and carrying out complete replacement of the existing FRP roof of the decorative canopy with new 4mm thick FRP roof panels of approved design, profile, and colour, including safe dismantling and removal of old sheets, preparation of all supporting surfaces, and fabrication, cutting, alignment, and fixing of new panels using approved fasteners and weather-resistant sealants to ensure water tightness and structural stability. The new roof shall be finished with UV-stabilized, exterior-grade gel coat in the shade approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope includes supply of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, transportation, debris disposal, touch-ups, and handing over in complete and serviceable condition, in accordance with approved drawings and applicable standards.
