Supply & Installation of Single Bed with StorageBed Size: 2050mm Length, 955mm Width and 430mm height, Side Thickness 20mm.Headboard: 955mm width & 940 mm Height, thickness 38mmFoot-board: 955mm width & 470 mm Height, thickness 38mmStorage: Single Horizontal partition, Top open box storage length= 1990mm (995 x 2), Box storage depth= 320 mm, 3 Hinges and 2 handles. Bed rest and floor rest will have 18mm ply with laminates in both sides and every part of the bed. The lower base and upper base of the bed will have 12 mm thick BWP plywood with laminate on top surface.18 mm thick BWP plywood with 15 years warranty with all external visible surface factory pasted laminate with 1.5mm thick and inside surface 0.70 mm thick white laminate factory pasted. 2mm PVC edge banding on headboard and footboard with corner rounding in the exposed edges with through feed edge banding machine with help of hot melt glue above 200 degree Celsius. 0.8mm edgebanding on all other surface of Plywood with edge corner rounding through feed edge banding machine with help of hot melt glue above 200 degree Celsius.Mosquito net stand ¾”M.S pipe of 2mm thickness. Hardware: Heitich/ Yale / Doorset/ Hafele/ ebco. Plywood BWP: ARCHIDPLY/ CENTURY PLY/GREEN LAM. Laminates: Greenlam /Century/ Archidlam. The plywood and laminate shall be of same make.Fixing shall be made with bed jointers of heavy duty ISI marked to make the bed modular. There shall be Polypropylene buffers fitted for making the floor scratch resistant. The fittings will be KD Fittings format like minifix and barrelnut. The side joint with headboard and foorboard must have 75mm L Corner.
