| 17 | Acoustic Encloure Base Frame & Foundation: |
| 18 | Specially desigined to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB-IV+ norms of < 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free conditions. The acoustic enslosure is made CRCA sheets in munsel green shade and structural/sheet base fame painted in black high quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (P.U foam) complying to IS 8183. Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel The foundation shoud be designed safe bearing capacity of soil.Cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) The depths of Plain cement concrete foundation is minimum 600 mm and foundation height should be at least 300 mm above the ground level. The length and breadth of foundation should be at least 250 mm more on all sides than the size of enclosure.The Gen set should be mounted on Anti vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. |

| 20 | Daily service fuel tank of 850 liters capacity(as per OEM) fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class ‘C’ pipes of suitable dia. There should be provision of fuel tank of fuel guage ,which should be show the level of the fuel even when the DG set is not running . the guage should be calibrated .The fuel tank should be filled from the outside as in automobiles and should be with a lockable cap. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications. |

| 26 | Annual maintenance contract of 500 KVA DG SET Through OEM for five years including two year free warranty consisting of monthly visit to check the general condition of generator. Check and set operation parameters as specified by company. One Service in year for five year including consumable material of engine will be carried out strictiy as per company norms ..check and monitor the performs during each visit.To check & ensure optimum performance of sub assembles of machine, fuel timming, tappet clearance etc, for engines and reset the same as require. To check & set all the fasteners, operation of warning devices, operational parameters of breakdown of engines..if any breakdown occure in dg set ,the breakdown should be check & rectify within 24 hour/minimum time period by service engineer. |
