Supplying, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of UPS 60KVA/60 KW ,50 Hz three phase input & three phase out through online double conversion Conventional Monolithic UPS with modular architecture with IGBT based PFC rectifier & DSP controlled 3-Level IGBT Inverter with inbuilt /identical intergrated K rated Galvanic Isolation Transformer of same OEM make at input side, battery DC circuit breaker, TVSS, builtin static and manual bypass working on parallel scheme i/c individual battery bank,backup of 15 minutes with Min VAH of 32760(12V, 1 set of 42 no. of 65AH) on this UPS of 60 KVA/KW capacity, alongwith MS racks, interconnecting cable & min.15 meter DC wire from UPS to battery bank with this UPS and alongwith other standard accessories of UPS & Battery Bank. Along with onsite installation & 5 years warranty on UPS & 3 years on batteries. Here one set comprising of one nos 60 KVA UPS with battery bank,Input Over Current, Input Under/ Over Voltage, Output Under/ Over Voltage, Over Temperature, Battery Under/ Over Voltage, Deep Discharge at battery terminals, Output Overload & Short Circuit protections are required in the UPS. Make : APC-Schneider/ Legrand-Numeric / Emerson-Vertiv for UPS & Exide/Amaron-Quanta/Panasonic Make for SMF Batteries(Performance Comply to IEC 62040-3) .( NOTE . The Contractor shall be carried out one service quartly during five year by authurised OEM ,Also if any breakdown occure during warranty period the contractor shall be rectify within 24 hour/minimum time period.)

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade including suitable size lugs, gland on surface etc. of the required size:-Make:- Havells/Finolex/Plaza Ploycab as approved By Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and fixing true power make advanced earthing system having GI pipe 3 meter long 50 mm dia with terminal size 50x6 mm ,internal strip size 25x3 with 50 Kg compound including exvation of pit and refiling the same and making earthing pit cover 12 inch dia as required complete in all respect. make :-True power ,Earth plus,Ashloka as approved By Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

The Engineer-in-charge or officer authorized by him may inspect the material at manufacturer's facility in India before dispatch. The transport expenses and cost related to testing of the departmental inspectors shall be deemed to be included in the quoted amount of bidder and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.
