After completion of replacement of bearing again loading in vehicle from the vendor to the VECC, cryogenic plant and unloading it and re-installed in existing position. Motor Overhauling work [ (i) Dismantling of motor (ii) threading out of rotor from stator (iii) through cleaning of stator winding with the help of air and cloth (iv) cleaning with special detergent (v) baking of winding at 100-110 deg. C with continuous monitoring of IR value until steady IR value (vi) cleaning the winding with air and cool down to 50 deg. C naturally (vii) apply first coat Dr. Bakes make Class H varnish uniformly and curing (viii) apply of anti tracking moisture protecting varnish on stator and curing.]

Trueness checking & dynamic balancing of rotor at rated speed

Supply & fixing of new tested SKF make bearings on rotor (NU317ECj & 6317C3)

Rectification of bearing housing of end shields.

Reassembly, testing & painting.

Witnessing of load trial run at site application.
