All four frame lengths reinforced with 19 mm x 19mm M.S.square tubes of 19 quage thickness throughout the frame and mitre cut at two corners adjointed with 2 nos of 15mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15 mm M.S. square tubes. the door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 long MS screw through the frame by using PVC fastners. A minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical members and minimum of 2 nos of screw to be provided horizontal members etc. complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge, manufacturer's specification and drawing. |

The inside panels shall consist of 20 mm thick multichamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement / cynoacrylate adhesive with 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet, on both sides of inside panels including necessary item to fix the shutters to frame such as 100 mm stainless steel hinges (06 Nos Each Shutter), 100 mm long handles(02Nos Each Shutter)150mm long barrel tower (02Nos Each Shutter), made of anodised aluminium and magnetic ball catch(01 Nos Each Shutter), for each pair of shutters. all four edges of the panels to be sealed with lipping of 10 mm thick and 20 mm wide PVC sheet baton( made by sticking 2nos PVC foam sheet of 5mm thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive) complete as per direction of Engr-in- charge |
