(galvanization of the pole is as per BSEN ISO 1461 & minimum galvanization thickness is 75micron) (To be given on one side only with approximate spacing of 30 mtr)(Make-RR Ispat /BAJAJ/Valmont/Utkarsh/Vakrangee/Transrail )NB: The structural design of the pole foundation shall be approved by concerned civil wing( SE, Keonjhar (R&B) Division)/competant authority. |

The contractor should submit various combinations of Arm & Pole design to the Engineer-in-Charge after award of contract and before procurement for approval. |
| 3 | Supply of LED Design based BIS approved LED Street Light with system power of 220W, CCT in 5700K as per ANSI) ,CRI>70, SDCM<3 , LEDs used should have a life of 50,000 burning hrs. & Lumen maintenance as per L70. The Luminaire System lumens should be >34100 Lumens @5700K. The fixture housing must be Made of ADC 12 PDC Aluminium housing for rapid thermal healing & Powder coated by Corrosion resistant Nano coating technology. Luminaire must have a Ingress protection of IP66 and Impact Resistance of IK08. The light engine should use Metal Core PCB with high grade aluminium (AL5052) and should have a thermal conductivity of >2W/mK. The fixture should have an UV stabilized Injection moulded special PC lens optics(Glass not allowed) ensuring low glare & best in class uniformity. The light engine and the driver compartment should be thermally isolated by a natural airgap. Luminaire housing and optical compartment both should carry OEM's logo embossed / engraved (no stickering is allowed). The luminaire must have Integral encapsulated high efficiency electronic thermally isolated driver having a Aluminium extrusion construction with rated voltage of 100-300V, power factor > 0.95, THD < 10%, with Inbuilt surge protection of min 6KV and upgraded with integrated IP67 protected SPD of 20KV/10KA surge protection with all necessary safety protection like mis-wiring, Over voltage, Short circuit, Reverse Polarity protection. . The compartment should be bottom openable for ease of maintenance at site. Luminaire performance & Safety :IEC 60598, IS 10322-5, IS 161-03/05/06/07, Surge : IEC 61000-4-5, EMC : EN 55015. Following documents to be submitted after award of contract: Luminaire and Driver TDS, Photometry report, Type test certificate, IP, IK, Vibration and salt spray test certificates from NABL accredited Laboratory, LM80 from LED OEM., CE Certification, ROHS compliant, BIS Certificate for Luminaires & Drivers. The warranty on light fixture shall be 5 years. (Make: PHILIPS/WIPRO/BAJAJ/Crompton/PANASONIC/LT/HAVELLS)NB: LM79 reports of the light fixture from third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab is to be submitted and duly approved from SE(Electrical circle) R&B. Alongwith the above said reports, the LUX design report, LUX level design for road carraigeway to be done as per following specifications: average lighting level shall be >=41 LUX , Uniformity >=0.6 , Maintenance factor of 0.85 to be considered, LUX level design for pedestrian side-1 to be done as per following specifications: average lighting level shall be >=25 LUX , Uniformity >=0.6 , Maintenance factor of 0.85 to be considered, LUX level design for pedestrian side-2 to be done as per following specifications: average lighting level shall be >=36 LUX , Uniformity >=0.6 , Maintenance factor of 0.85 to be considered, the lighting level should be uniform and there should be no dark patches. Accordingly, the optics of luminaire and pole should be designed ,Technical data sheet of light are also to be submitted for approval from SE(Electrical circle) R&B. After supply of material, a random sample will be chosen and will be sent to Govt. NABL approved lab for destructive test for verification of genuinity of all the reports.If the product does not comply with the reports submitted, the whole lot will be rejected.Cost of the testing shall be borne by the contractor. |
