Drilling of 609.60 mm dia bore by Direct rotary drilling rig. according to ISI specification No.2800-1991 (Part-1) as amended upto date and modified to extent of the specification attached with this schedule of items of work in all kinds of soils and boulders upto 125mm dia except rocky strata including the cost of all consumable stores, fuel oils, soil, stabilizing material and transportation of rig and other accessories to the site of proposed bore and back, complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing of 2` i/d delivery pipe class B ISI marked of approved make complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of cast iron (C.I) D plate of size 300mm dia x 10mm thikness having weight 7 kg to cover the top borehole fastened with nut and bolts and clamp placed on its top for holding the pump set and GI pipes lowered in the tubewell complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 2` i/d nipple made out G.I pipe class B and welded with flange having holes for fasting with pipe and threaded at other end with 8 threads in one inch(25mm) complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and jointing 4 core service cable 25 sq mm of approved make with bare bunched aluminium conductor insulator and sheathed with PVC etc. with voltage grade 1100 volts marked with IS 694:1990 including cost of jointing, material, carriage, loading and unloading etc. complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development of tubewell by Over-pumping unit having suitable submersible pump for development of tubewell to ensure sand free discharge. All the equipment including POL and labour required for carrying out pumping tests but not limited to the following shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge: i) A suitable pump and prime mover (since power is not available at the well site). ii) Measuring devices for time, discharge and V-Notch orifice method water level recorder (digital water meter recorder/ steel tape engraved). iii) The contractor shall collected water sample in the presence of SDE/JE. This water samples should be handed over to PHED for further chemical analysis in Public Health Lab.

Resistivity survey with deep penetration, generator operated, D.C. resistivity meter to know the type of sub surface strata at different depths. Quantity of water likely to be available and depth of the tubewell to be installed to obtain fresh water in required quantity including transportation of equipment`s and manpower, submission of hard copy of resistivity survey with relevant technical date complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

NS item – Inspection of tubewell with Geo Scanning Borehole camera with display and data recorder to find out the fault and submission of suggestion regarding rectification of same to obtain the sand free water at site including transportation, lodging and boarding. Detailed analysis with videography and submission of report, video and also verifying the depth / position of assembly complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
