Comprehensive AMC for 1149 Nos ( RF Based ) smart meter working on RF communication for the period of one years. It will include the followings :-(a) The AMC would include supply, GPRS/Internet (SIM) Charges, Software AMC, 24X7 Customers care support and ground support, reconfiguration of the meters (989 single phase meter & 160 three phase meter with 30 Nos of repeaters and 19 nos DCU ) of type based on RF communication technology.(b) Monthly sim charges for the DCU (19 Nos). The contractor shall ensure supply of appropriate SIMs to ensure necessary signal availability. The contractor shall change the sim or sim provider as required. In case of network issues, the contractor shall liaison with the telecom service providers for necessary resolution.(c) Software AMC. This shall include necessary upgradations in the software such as support to the chrome browser changes, android version changes, iOS version changes. These changes happen on frequent basis and the software shall support all the changes and AMC of HES meter data management and hosting and configuration web based metering software.(d) Remote server admin support - Ensuring adequate database back up, upgradations in the operating system, anti virus updates, database upgrade etc.(e) Software installation on any alternate / backup server if required(f) The communication network monitoring and support(g) Configuration of the repaired / replaced hardware in the system(h) Trouble shooting and necessary actions to run the system as required.(j) Software bug fixing as and when required.(k) Data, web portal and App to be transferred from existing service provider if required.
